Privacy Policy

Version of 7 June 2026.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how personal data of users of the arxesolutions.com website (the “Site”), owned by ARXE Solutions (the “Company”, “we”), is processed and protected.

1. General provisions

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI and having regard to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

The Company is the controller and processor of personal data obtained via the Site. We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to achieve the stated purposes.

By using the Site and submitting your data through the forms, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

2. Personal data we process

We process the following categories of data:

  • Data you voluntarily provide via the Site forms (request for quote, partner application, newsletter subscription): name, company, email address, phone number, message and the list of selected products.
  • Technical data collected automatically when visiting the Site: IP address, browser type and version, device type, request date and time, and service information from our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes and on the following grounds:

  • handling your enquiries, preparing and sending quotes, and communicating about your request — to take steps in response to your enquiry;
  • sending the newsletter (news, updates) — solely on the basis of your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time;
  • ensuring the operation, availability and security of the Site and protection against abuse and automated attacks — on the basis of our legitimate interest.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies of the following categories:

  • Necessary: storing your interface language choice and service cookies of the infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) for the security and correct operation of the Site;
  • Security: Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms against automated requests (bots) — governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum;
  • Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics (Google LLC) — helps us understand how visitors use the Site; loaded only after your consent, with IP anonymisation.

If you do not consent to analytics cookies, Google Analytics will not load. We do not use advertising cookies and do not carry out profiling for advertising purposes. Disabling cookies in your browser settings may limit certain Site functionality.

5. Sharing data with third parties

To operate the Site we engage service providers who may process data on our behalf:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, security and anti-bot (Turnstile) services;
  • Google LLC (Google Workspace) — delivery of service and notification emails;
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics) — Site traffic analytics (only with your consent).

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and the agreements concluded with them. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities only where expressly required by law.

6. Data retention and protection

We retain personal data no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing or as required by applicable law, after which we delete or anonymise it.

We apply organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure, including connection encryption (HTTPS), access control and infrastructure protection.

7. Rights of the data subject

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

  • know the sources of collection and the location of your personal data and the purpose of its processing;
  • access your data and information about its processing;
  • request correction, deletion or destruction of data if it is inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
  • restrict processing and object to it;
