Why an antenna needs protection
An antenna works outdoors: rain, dust, wind and sun all act on it. A radome shields the radiating element from dirt and mechanical damage, and makes the assembly tidier — no exposed parts to catch during installation or transport.
The key requirement for such an enclosure is radio transparency. The material must not absorb or reflect the signal, otherwise the protection costs you the very performance the antenna was bought for.
How we make them
We manufacture the protective parts and platforms ourselves, by 3D printing. That lets us build them around the geometry of a specific antenna instead of forcing a universal enclosure to fit.

Made for a specific model
A radome is not a universal part. It follows the shape of one antenna, so every model gets its own. The radome for the Omni 1–8 GHz broadband disc antenna will not fit a log-periodic one, and the other way round.

Frequently asked questions
- Does a radome affect how the antenna performs?
- No. Our radomes are made of radio-transparent ABS — the material does not shield the signal, so the antenna performs as it does without an enclosure.
- Will one radome fit any antenna?
- No. Each radome follows the geometry of one specific model, so it is a separate product per antenna. Compatible options are listed on the antenna page under "Options & accessories".
- What are the protective parts and mounts made of?
- They are 3D-printed: the radome from radio-transparent ABS, the antenna platform from PETG. Mounting screws are included.
- Can you make protection for a model that is not in the catalogue?
- Yes, we make these parts to order. Tell us which antenna you have and we will propose a solution and quote it.
- How is delivery handled?
- We ship across Ukraine with Nova Poshta — to a branch, a parcel locker or by courier. Typically 3–5 business days after the order is confirmed; the recipient pays the carrier tariff directly.
